Assisting the D.J's in promoting their gigs are the young lady clubs that form to promote their favorite D.J's. Clubs like the UNIQUE LADIES , BABY DOLLS , SWEET SENSATIONS , DESIRABLE ONES , MIDNIGHT CHARMERS , FANTASY BABES , and the BOYTOYS , to name a few. With cupid names like those, who would hestitate to attend one of their gigs. The city of angels has always been a trend setter fashions, and like generations before them, the new generation was very much into the "GRUV" with the "G.Q." look, the "Casual look" , the "European" and the "Wild styles" long before your fashion magazines and Macy's department stores got hip.

But the raza has also taken the nu-look to the automobile. With the transition your traditional lowrider has now been joined by the nu-style of Mini trucks , sports cars and Volkswagen lo's, with names like UNIQUE MINI'S and GERMAN FOLKS. With no less than 2,000 clubs from coast to coast the latino automoble aficionados have no problem in creating their own look.
By cruising the HOLLYWOOD strip, EAST L.A., ELYSIAN PARK, LEGG LAKE PARK, or the famous TOMMY'S BURGERS, you can check out the styles of the new generation. No matter what anybody say's "GRUISIN" low and slow will always be hip in the heart of soul of East LOS ANGELES.
